Billing & Credits

Monthly Subscription

Your partnership subscription is billed on the 1st of each month via ACH. Late payments incur a $50 fee after the 10-day grace period.

• Starter: $99/month
• Growth: $249/month
• Enterprise: $499/month

Revenue Share Payments

Your revenue share is calculated monthly and deposited to your ACH account by the 15th of the following month. Revenue share is based on gross customer platform fees.

AI Sales Agent Credit Program

Partners with active AI Sales Agent subscriptions earn credits:

• Earning: 20% of your monthly agent fee, calculated quarterly
• Calculation: Monthly Fee x 20% x 3 months = Quarterly Credit
• Application: Credits are applied to your next subscription payment (FIFO — oldest first)
• Cap: Credits cannot exceed one month's subscription fee per application cycle
• Expiration: Credits expire 12 months after earning if not applied
• Non-transferable: Credits cannot be transferred or converted to cash

Financing

Setup fees can be financed over 12 months at the APR associated with your tier (Starter/Growth: 29.99%, Enterprise: 24.99%). Minimum credit score: 650. Monthly payments are automatically debited via ACH.

• Late fee: $50 after 10-day grace period
• Day 30: Late fee applied
• Day 45: Second notice + additional fee
• Day 60: Account suspension warning
